Project Reality Integrated Health Care

We are excited to expand our services to include expanded medical care. Our integrated care model allows patients to receive substance use disorder, behavioral health, and medical services from medication-assisted treatment and case management to primary health care.

Patients can receive important medical check-ups and health screens as part of the recovery journey. Services offered include general wellness physicals, health screenings, and other medical issues.

Patients can speak to their counselor about accessing these services.
