We are a nonprofit outpatient substance use treatment program serving Utah since 1971. Our team includes board-certified physicians, experienced psychotherapists, and case managers who are committed to providing long term personalized care to reduce suffering and restore functionality.
We believe in each patient's unique abilities and resilience. Through supportive recovery, our patients live independent, productive, and meaningful lives.
We serve adults with opioid use disorder who seek lifelong recovery and wellness. We offer buprenorphine, methadone, and naltrexone combined with physical and mental health services to create comprehensive treatment plans. We care about patient safety and well-being and tailor treatment to suit individual need and desire regardless of income, insurance, or ability to pay.
We are committed to continuing service to patients during CoVid-19, and have done so without interruption. Throughout the pandemic we have offered telehealth services and are now also seeing patients in clinic, depending on patient preference.
