Dr. Green is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who joined the Project Reality team in 2021. He received his bachelor’s degree from Utah State University, and then went on to complete his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University in Missouri. Dr. Green has been a practicing physician since 2015 and has experience in the primary care and hospice settings.
